"All the staff were extremely helpful, the hotel was beautifully decorated and furnished and the rooms were lovely. Only a five minute walk into town and some lovely restaurants and bars. Throughly recommend whether you want to relax in Keswick or walk the surrounding hills. The boat trip was lovely ..."

"We entered the room there was no kettle,no bin then no remote control. We got down to breakfast for 8.10 am there were no sausages,eggs,or bacon we had to wait untill the receptionist went through to the chef and asked him to put food out. All of this would have been ok if the room had been safe ..."

"The two issues we had were - Hotel staff very noisily recycling empty bottles at 5:50am the first morning waking us both up Bedroom blinds weren’t very effective at keeping sunshine out and bedrooms were very light by 6am"
