"Stayed for 2 nights, its a clean property and the rooms were clean. However, you can tell it is a little worn. Front desk staff was good and friendly. All in all, no problems, would stay here again."

"I loved the fact that the Lodge is located next to Hamilton Gardens, a beautiful collection of rhododendrons and other ornamental shrubs. The Gardens attracted a lot of birds, and I sent daily bird lists to eBird."

"Muy limpio y acojedor la habitacion y la vista al lago Bellas con el atardecer en colores pink y rogisos bello"

"The room was clean. I liked the amenities and the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful! I love that they are pet friendly!"

"My girlfriend and I stayed at this property during our trip around North Georgia, and we had a wonderful experience! The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Helen, Brasstown Bald, and Blood Mountain. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the cozy bed-and-breakfast atmosphere and the breakfast provided. Having access to a bathtub and sauna was also a great bonus, especially for relaxing after a long day of hiking...

"The staff was nice and helpful. Experian was hard to work with. Tried to make changes and they were not helpful."

"We stayed in the Mallard Cabin right by the lake. Only having 1 bathroom was a bit tight for my family of 5, but luckily the office was right next door and had bathrooms if needed. The view from the porch was beautiful and we loved using the complimentary kayaks. There was a musty smell in the cabin, but it is an older building, so nothing we couldn't handle. My kids loved staying on the lake, making smores in the fire pit and playing board games on the porch. Having a full kitchen was great...

"Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. "

"Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable; staff was friendly and helpful BUT one of my complaints is that they have a serious issue with staffing. They had half the bar closed and 80% of the food outlets closed due to staff shortages. A hotel full of people and nowhere to eat. Just the "Earl of Sandwich" outlet was open along with half the bar/restaurant. I was told by the employees that they can't get help. Crazy. Many people had to go into town for dinner or wait until one of the occupied...

"This accommodation has a nice setting and the breakfast is also very good; however, the Wi-Fi in the room is unstable."

"Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast."

"The room was really clean, nice comfortable bed. The breakfast was also good, but we do well on continental breakfasts. The area made us feel safe. Outside very clean as well. Staff was also helpful. If you enjoy walking, you could walk anywhere you wanted to go."

"Every thing was great at this property."

"Very quaint, nice and friendly hosts and we loved sleeping by the waterfall , oh and the breakfast was awesome!!!"

"Excellent value. Great spot, fantastic host. If you are staying near Helen and amicalola it’s a great spot."
