"The heating wasn't working, yet it stayed on the whole time, turning the room into a sauna. The person in charge came to check it and confirmed that it was indeed broken; his "brilliant" idea was for us to sleep with the window open for four nights—while it was snowing outside—to regulate the temperature. It was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced while traveling. And finally—as if that weren’t enough—the TV never worked, and our towels were only changed once and the room was never tide up...

"This is a great place to stay for what I wanted. I was only going to be in Anchorage for 7 hours so I didn't care about much other than having a clean, safe place that was relatively inexpensive. It was basic and was tottering on shabby. The night desk clerk wasn't very cordial - no wake up call and not very friendly, but It was midnight so maybe he'd had enough. The breakfast was surprisingly good."

"Room had a kitchenette available but nothing to use (pots, pans, plates) so unless I travel with those items or purchase a spare set the kitchen is useless. I had a toilet issue I reported on day 1 and it was never addressed during my 4 day stay. no breakfast available at hotel."

"I don’t like writing bad reviews. But this time I will. We waited 45 minutes to get in because none of the codes worked. Yard was way overgrown. None of the screen doors latched. Old coffee and coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker. Pine needles throughout the house. Sheets in back bedroom were icky. Bathroom was NASTY! I had to clean it before we could use it. (Urine over everything) House was in bad shape. It was like walking on a roller coaster. The expansive deck was completely warped...
