"The desk clerk was friendly and the room was clean and okay. Kind of what I expected for the area. The walls were thin. The pool is completely drained and unusable. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and it was a false alarm. No clue what would have caused that, but it turned an okay/acceptable experience to a bad one. It prob doesn't happen every day, but it happened during my stay and that's what I am rating."

"We arrived late in the evening and were ready to just crash. Expectations had been lowered when just after check in the previous customer came back to the desk saying the room he had been given looked “lived in”. Our room had an odd aroma which became worse when the ac kicked on. Turning it off helped somewhat, so no big deal as it was a comfortable evening outside. When getting set for bed we realized that our shower had no rod or curtain. Both were stashed away in the closet. As it was now after 11 and we were leaving at 7:15 we made the best of things in the morning with clever aim and use of towels. The breakfast was barely edible and sparse. When arriving back up in the room the tub had still not drained. We will not be back and may be done with the brand as a whole, as there have been other borderline stays. Seems as if franchisees are deferring maintenance."

"The room was very clean, and in nice condition. There were little things that made the stay easier, like a shelf above the sink for toiletries, an extra chair in the room, so both my kiddos could sit and eat. The pool was not too cold, the hot tub was toasty hot. Breakfast was good, they had plenty of variety of hotel quality food. The staff was the best I've ever encountered at a hotel, from the front desk, to the sweet lady filling the breakfast bar. I wish I could find a hotel like this in every town. "

"The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl"
