You are actually on the beach it appears as if you are on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean. The balcony is spacious and invites the cool salty Caribbean breeze into the room. "Staff was friendly , hotel outdated No ice machines working . Had to go over the bars to get ice and the bar tenders were not too happy about it . Location great because there are places to eat and pharmacy . Place needs a face lift . Rugs are dirty and Roaches are visible"

"The staff were great. I was disappointed in that I booked Ocean View with 2 Queen size beds. They placed us in 1 King size bed which was stated we booked 2 Queen size beds. It was unacceptable in that we waited for an unnecessary amount of time."

"The stay wasn’t the best experience for the first time in Barbados!!!! No elevator!! Not a lot of food choices!! Guest service take forever to bring something to room which we needed wash rags because they don’t come in room already!! The staff was great!! Very helpful and friendly especially Tiffany at the bar!!!"

"The room was clean but unfortunately very uncomfortable. The bathroom lead straight to construction where people were working from 8a-5p (we were barely in but the days we slept in, we’d be waken up by this.) we booked this hotel since it is a 4 star hotel on Expedia, it is indeed not. It’s a three star hotel. Breakfast was not included, was able to use the beach and pool free will. The restaurant at the hotel was decent but paying approximately $80USD for two for just 2 mains was not worth it....
