We were given the wrong rooms. Not those we paid for. The booking said there was a pool! There was no pool on the property. They made us wait for 1 hour before checking us in. They questioned everything we asked for even when we had emails proving our claims. Would not stay here again!

When I reached the hotel they didn't have a room for my I had to spend one entire night in the hotel reception has they didn't found me a place to stay. All the pictures in your website are false, the hotel is very damaged and the rooms don't have any comfort, very dirty... I never stayed in all my life in such hotel. Very dirty and people very unfriendly.

Hotel overbooké a mon arrivée, on me donne une chambre en dernière minute, nichée au 7eme etage, au milieu d’appartements en location a priori, ou se situent les hebergements du personnel, je ne sais pas vraiment.. chambre vieillote , non rénovée, prise electriques douteuses, pas d’éclairage dans l’entrée… je demande à changer le soir même mais malheureusement ce n’est pas possible. J’aurai une autre chambre le lendemain après-midi après avoir laissé ma valise toute la journée a la reception. Cette fois ci, la chambre tient sa promesse, elle est top, mais petit bemol quand même sur l’hygiène avec un ménage du balcon pas fait et dans la chambre, des papiers dans les tiroirs surement aux voyageurs précédents (emballage de parfum etc…) préférer la chambre seule sans repas, ou a la limite le petit déjeuner si vous avez envie de manger varié. Cuisine qui reste bonne cependant. Amabilité selon le personnel, certains plus souriants et accueillants que d’autres. Vérifiez bien votre réservation, et les taxes qui peuvent subitement vous faire doubler la note… pourquoi? On se le demande encore. Ah oui! et le matin, vous avez droit a une boisson chaude gratuite si vous avez pris la formule petit dejeuner, sachez le sinon et dites le sinon on vous demandera 1,5 euros pour un café au lait. Experience mitigée mais avec un peu d’effort cela devrait s’améliorer. En revanche, bon rapport qualité prix et hotel tres bien situé

Jattends toujours que Expedia me rembourse les frais car je nai jamais pu dormir dans cette hotel, alors que nous avion reserver 1semaine a l'avance. Arriver le jour J a l'hotel, on nous annonce qu' il n y a plus de chambre libre et nul part ou nous loger. Jattends toujours le remboursement.

La description de l'hôtel par Expedia ne correspond pas à la réalité: pas de piscine, pas de SPA à l'hôtel. Le personnel est est tout simplement peu amical. J’ai réservé avec une vue sur la mer j’ai eu une vue sur les ballons d’eau chaude… la réception n’a rien voulu savoir. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain normal, petit déjeuné sans plus, et le personnel selon les personnes, globalement correcte. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Personalen var trevlig och väldigt nära till stranden. Dock fanns inte bekvämligheter som pool, gym, privat beach eller rooftop bar, vilket det stod att det skulle finnas när man bokade. Vi var tvungna att visa vår boknings bekräftelse när vi kom, dessutom fick vi betala extra skatteavgifter när vi checkade in.
