"Chambre propre , pas de service de chambre. Changement des servers à la porte. Il semble que cette facon de faire est instauree depuis la COVID! Sejour d’une semaine! Personnel acceuillant! Restaurant chinois adjacent excellent! "

"I never made it to my reservation, i called to cancel due to a snow storm, and was charged full price. I was going to travel a few hours to stay there for a wrestling tournament that was canceled due to dangerous weather. I made the reservation, and tried to cancel not even 12 hours later, and was still charged. I will never used that hotel or Expedia again!! As a single mom, i won't be fooled again by these awful tricks. "

"When we got to the room we found beer cans, belongings from another person, we left them in the room when we checked out a day early due to not wanting to stay any longer. Staff was not very helpful or professional. I called front desk to ask where the towels were for the pool i was told that i had to go to front desk to get a towel due to covid, the hot tub was cold and i no matter what i did i couldnt get it warm, the whole pool area looks very unclean i left the pool area after being in there...

"Room was clean and breakfast on the 2nd day was ok. Could not get in to get breakfast on the first day as there were a few high school teams staying there. Very noisy and noone would do anything about it. We were not told there were tournaments and a bunch of teams staying there. They would not ask them to keep to thier rooms. hinges on the doors need to be greased. Cleaning staff kept slamming doors when going in and out of rooms. Suffice it to say, for what i paid for 2 nights, i would have...
