"The property is ok to stay. But the check in experience was bad. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service."

"We stayed in a ground floor suite near the dining hall and that was very convenient for seniors like us. Our suite was very clean and very nicely furnished. To me, the outstanding feature of the resort was the behaviour of the staff. They always greeted us with a smile. They never expected tips unlike their counterparts in bigger cities. The big open ground inside the resort was very nicely maintained and excellent for morning walks. We didn’t use the gym or spa area, but they looked good....

The 2 top price rooms we booked were spacious and comfortable - but were overlooking the main road through town and we realised that we wouldn't be able to sleep. So we asked to be moved and these rooms were not so spacious. Also the pillows and the beds weren't as comfortable. However the rooms we moved to were quiet so we could sleep. "Confusion between the City Center property and this resort as both businesses are using the same name for online listings…it’s apparently 14-17 KM away from the City of Durgapur. Check before booking. "

"The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all.
