Lovely stay in the country side

Very nice hotel located in the countryside along the banks of the Outhe. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend trying the excellent restaurant for dinner; the food is superb. The breakfast is also great. The hotel features a pleasant outdoor area with plenty of space to unwind and a playground for the kids. Overall, a wonderful spot for a peaceful getaway.

The night shift manager was good and check in was smooth. Rooms were also very good and Breakfast too. Did not like the attitude of Morning receptionist and the girl serving the breakfast treat everyone equally All human are same.

This was a nice little hotel outside city limits. It is set in the countryside and is very picturesque. The attached restaurant served delicious food at a very reasonable price. There was a nice little playground for the kids to burn off energy before bed. This is not walkable to Durbuy but a quick 5 minute drive. The staff was very welcoming and made sure that our waiter spoke English which made ordering so much less tricky. A very peaceful relaxing stay.

Sehr gute Wahl für unser Zwischenübernachtung: modern, sauer, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel bietet zugleich eine hervorragenden Restaurant-Service. Wir würde hier auch ein paar mehr Nächte verbringen.

Séjour ensoleillé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la Passerelle. Toutes les personnes que nous avons côtoyées dans l'hôtel étaient bien sympathiques, agréables, avec le sourire aux lèvres... L'hôtel, d'une propreté irréprochable, en pleine nature, la terrasse et le jardin près de l'Ourthe dont nous avons pu profiter grâce au soleil ! C'est une adresse que nous retenons pour un prochain voyage dans la région de Durbuy

Leider wurden nach der Reinigung die Insekten Insektennetz offen gelassen, sodass wir einige Besuch hatte. Aber sonst wurde das Zimmer gut gereinigt. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert, Pommes ist ein Muss, servicekraft waren alle sehr sehr nett. Ein schöner Rückzugsort!

Si on considère un Manque un mini bar et le détecteur incendie qui clignote toute la nuit au dessus du lit, la chambre et l'hôtel sont parfait. Le lit kingside excellent. Le restaurant est très bon, pensez à manger tôt car le service est vraiment long.

Heel leuk en proper hotel, gratis parking, rustige omgeving bij het water, eten was superlekker! Als ik dan toch een klein minpuntje moet noemen, er is geen frigo op de kamer en de maandag is het restaurant dicht waardoor je dan wel niets fris kan drinken, geen overbodige luxe als het 30 graden is zoals tijdens ons verblijf! Voor de rest is dit hotel zeker een aanrader!

Het personeel, het restaurant en de aankleding zijn erg mooi. Het restaurant biedt een goede kwaliteit! De kamer was in verhouding iets minder. Beetje klein, en niet in dezelfde smaakvolle stijl ingericht als het restaurant. Badkamer is wel weer mooi. Omdat we toch maar weinig op de kamer verblijven (eigenlijk alleen 's nachts), is dat maar een klein issue.
