"They said my reservation was false even though it was made on Expedia and I had confirmation code. I was referred to another nearby hotel by hotel staff. Instead of just admitting they gave away a reserved room to another customer."

She gave them all relevant information but she was unable to register until Five after arguing with the manager and i having to send receipts anf phoos of my passport "

"El hotel bien pero la manager se enojó con nosotros porque no quería que lo rentáramos con expedía porque era mucho más económico y no nos quiso dar la habitación que Expedia nos dio y por enojo nos dio la habitación con camas individuales pero de resto los demás, nos atendieron bien."
