We had a great stay, John went above and beyond to make sure we could get to the wedding we were attending with no issues. Breakfast was great the next morning too. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay
It was just a short, one-night stay, as travelling for work. A very warm welcome, lovely house and room, great breakfast. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend, great stay

It was a charming old house in a quiet village. The host was wonderful and we enjoyed our breakfast very much. Our toom was clean and comfortable.

Room was beautiful and clean, staff very friendly. The bed was uncomfortable for me. My family stayed there also but they had no issues. So I was just unlucky with my bed, maybe because I’m used to a soft bed. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Highly recommend
Such a lovely place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. The breakfast room is lovely and has a nice little seating area for a late night drink.

set me up for Ireland
homey without being intrusive; responsive to all requests; my first stay over in Ireland and it set me up for a great week. john, the host and his son clearly enjoyed running a hotel and took interest in who I am and why I decided to come to Ireland. These are the things that matter to me, more than conveniences and decor, though Tynte House also delivers on convenience and decor.

Attended a wedding locally and John the owner immediately offered us a lift to it which meant we could leave our car at the B&B for the next day. Very grateful...thank you! We had a very comfortable bed and delicious freshly made breakfast...plenty of choices. Also a lie in after breakfast which we definitely needed after a late night! We would go back to Tynte House if we’re in the area again and recommend a walk around the scenic town which has a lot of history. Thank you again for a lovely stay!
