A wonderfully convenient and tidy property perfect for attending a conference at Otago Uni. The kitchen was particularly good and a bonus to have a washing machine, although I didn't need the latter.

Excellent place to stay in Dunedin .

Staff were very friendly and warm . Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable . Easy access to city centre . Parking available any time. One of the best place to stay during our 12 days trip in South Island NZ.

Convenient location to explore dunedin. Apartment had a very functional kitchen. Whole place was very clean and beds comfy. The owner was lovely and personally showed us the room and also made recommendations on things to do. Would highly recommend!

The unit we had was really spacious .. large lounge area and big bathroom - amazing pressure in shower. Close to the octagon which is the center of the city. Lots of eating places around with plenty of variety .. close to the university if your interest is there .. Greeted with a smile at check in ... really good 2 nights stay.

Though we just stayed overnight. It was comfortable place for our family. It was very spacious & clean! Your lady staff was very friendly and loved the idea of parking our cars by our rooms! Amenities were a plus! Excellent supply!

Visitors from US (a week stay)

Our hosts were friendly and Sue showed us our room. We had a bedroom. Bathroom was a good size. Kitchen was equipped with basic appliances. No dishwasher, washer/dryer (there is a coin operated washer and dryer near the reception office) and no AC. We were given a fan and it helped. Perfect location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, we had a nice stay.

Nice looking unit and comfy bed with nice lounge area. Had expected aircon in room from advertising so disappointed it didn’t have as hot to sleep. Also water pressure wasn’t great in shower. Nice owner.
