"It was terrible the reception was very abusive and right from the moment we checked in and the rooms were disgusting and for all of that they had the cheek to charge £110 per night. Never again if it wasn’t for every other hotel fully booked for bank holiday I would have walked straight back out. "

"Beautiful spot a 20-30 minute drive from Glasgow. Majestic hotel, that is beautifullly decorated. Grounds and view are gorgeous. Incredibly helpful snd friendly staff that takes care of your every need from the moment you arrive. The pool with sayna and steamroom is so relaxing and wonderful. If you wanna spoil yourself the five star way, stay here."

"This hotel is really run down. Needs a coat of paint & major overhaul. Nothing looked like the pictures. The location is great & the front desk staff are wonderful. So, at least it has that going for it. Breakfast quality was disappointing. Some random buzzer was being tested the 1st morning & woke our young grandkids up. No warning on the buzzer at all. "
