We were on the 3 bedroom floor, very spacious and we have the whole floor with complete kitchen. One floor up is the restaurant that has good breakfast and dinner.

The room was decent and we loved having the small kitchennete and living space. It was kind of far from any attraction, and the dining hours were sporadic and not as advertised. Kitchen staff would show up late, and leave over an hour early. We were there over a holiday, but they still told us times that wernt accurate. Very inconvenient considering theur rule of not having external food or drink in the hotel. The front desk was seldomly staffed. Good for price.

KIngswick change our accommodation ... they booked us to Jj Hotelier near the port area of Dumaguete. They said they were overbooked and a double booking had happened, so they transferred us to another hotel on a 3rd floor without a lift.

Just ok.

The condition of the building was great. Room very clean. Great WiFi and TV. The main reception man as very nice and friendly. The Norwegian owners were not friendly at all. Location was far from downtown Dumaguete. Location was VERY difficult to find. Bathroom was outside of the room and not mentioned online.

De accommodatie diende zijn doel, prima plek voor de overnachting. De afhandeling aan de receptie was soepel en vriendelijk. Onze verzoeken werden prima opgevolgd. Voldoende dichtbij het centrum, zeker als je over een auto beschikt. Er is een parkeerplaats voor de hotelgasten.
