"The desk clerk was dressed like a cholo gangster. The elevator broke and no one was very concerned, We had a back up but the staff just shrugged the whole thing off with a “this happens some times”. The toilet was way too low without grab bars to help one get on and off. The shower was cramped and lacked sufficient grab bars. The soap and shampoo were on the back wall necessitating a 180 turn without grab bars. The floor was slick and the step in and out of the shower was too tall and unsafe. The breakfast was good, the bed comfortable and parking was easy. The staff was courteous but not overly friendly. The whole experience felt “institutional” "
