Beautiful location, safe, great accommodating staff, easy bus to Old Town, impecable rooms and hotel, all renovated, comfortable, very good continental b breakfast 100% recommend
The staff were so friendly and more than happy to help and give recommendations. The location is really great and convenient for beaches and buses to the old town. The hotel restaurant is fab and the food was delicious! I had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone!
The Zagreb has a warm, welcoming staff that made me feel like I was visiting someone’s home. It’s a beautiful hotel located right on the lively pedestrian promenade. It is one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast is outstanding and so is the food served in their restaurant Rime.
The location and newly renovated hotel was elegant. The staff was most friendly amd receptive. Special thanks to Ena and Anela for making our stay from start to finish memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Dubrovnik
An excellent choice. Hotel was recently renovated with very modern features. Breakfast was excellent, buffet and a-la-carte. The location is close to buses and uber and restaurants, and a beautiful beach. Hotels own restaurant is an experience of its own, good atmosphere and food.
There’s no elevator, but it’s a modernized historic building b with easy to climb stairs, only three floors.
Truly a lovely hotel! The staff were all very kind and super helpful as well as very accommodating. The room and surrounding area was beautiful and only a 5 minute walk from the beach with lots of shops and restaurants to check out. Breakfast selection was quite nice as well as an included à la carte breakfast if you weren’t vibing with the buffet options. They also offer coffee beverages made fresh to order and they make quite a tasty cappuccino! Would highly recommend and would definitely come back!
A hidden gem!
If (when) I come back to Dubrovnik, I will stay here every time! Even before I arrived, the hotel staff was attentive and helpful in securing a car to collect me from the airport, and even looking into walking tours of the Old City.
When I arrived, they were friendly and accommodating, and helped me do some last-minute laundry as my checked bag did not arrive in transit.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious.
The location was safe and convenient to get to nearby restaurants, bars and shops. However, I did not experience loud traffic and club noises despite the proximity to those amenities.
All in all, I highly recommend this location! :)
We loved this hotel!
First, everyone were very-very friendly, helpful starting from front desk people to waiters.
Very nice restaurants. Beautiful!
Beautiful, newly renovated villa.
Amazing room, pretty nice size oc the room, very comfortable bed, amazing pillows.
Refrigerator in the room, slippers, rob and beach towels are provided.
10min walk to the beautiful beach. 2min walk from the bus stop. 10- 15min bus ride to Old city.
Very close to the port also, 10min bus ride.
Absolutely amazing hotel! I would give it 5 stars!!!
First night with the hotel after it had just opened under new management. Some teething issues, but the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout.
Spacious and luxurious rooms, exceeding expectations for the price.
Good breakfast in a delightful garden / patio setting.
Great location, just next to a pedestrian street with a number of bars, restaurants and gelaterias and a five-minute walk down to the Uvala Lapad Beach. The area felt like a pleasant walkable oasis within the city.
Frequent direct bus connections to the old town with route 1 running every 5 or 10 minutes, and Uber taxis arriving within five minutes at any time of day for other locations.
When we booked there were 0 reviews as it was newly opened. It surpassed all over expectations.Would like to say a big thank you to lovely reception and restaurant staff.Close to beachband on the lovely promenade.Rooms are very big and spacious.the proprty is full of character and hence there is no lift.Breakfast was outstanding
The hotel had only been open a week when we arrived. It is beautiful in decor and ambience. The staff are amazing. A few teething problems that will be sorted out over time. The only disappointment was there were no sun loungers to relax in during the day. There are photos on the website, I hope they use the garden space to allow a chilled out area.
We stayed at the Heritage hotel Zagreb- Dubrovnik when the property was newly opened after renovation. We found that the hotel was conveniently located to the beach and all the cafes and bars in the Babin Kuk area. The rooms were clean as you would expect from a new property but they were also quite spacious. The food at the restaurant was great and a big shout out to the staff at the hotel. They made sure our stay with our 5 year old was super comfortable and they made it a point to resolve any questions or requests we had. The staff truly made a difference to our stay there and made our trip to Dubrovnik truly memorable, We were also offered a free Dinner at their restaurant as we were the first customers there and the meal was excellent. There was live music playing at the restaurant and the atmosphere was brilliant. Once again a shout out to the staff there Franka, Relja, Ella and the others - we will always remember our stay in Dubrovnik and would like to thank you'll for making the stay wonderful and memorable.
We stayed here for five nights shortly after the hotel opened, and while we always try to be understanding of teething problems in a brand new property, this went beyond what we'd consider normal. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the staff, without exception, pleasant and always willing to put things right when we raised them. That said, so many issues shouldn't have existed in the first place, which felt like a coordination problem.
Our room hadn't been properly cleaned on arrival, with dust, hair and water rings on surfaces, and the dirty glasses, only replaced once across five nights. On the first night we were left with one set of towels for a two person booking and needed to call reception for toilet roll. There was no hot water one night, and the bathroom had a visible gap in the plasterboard, which rather undermined the polished feel elsewhere. Small touches were missing too, no minibar price list, no sewing kit, and only one bathrobe.
Breakfast boxes booked for two mornings went smoothly once, but the second wasn't ready despite being confirmed, causing a rush before our coach. The in-room TV listed breakfast at 7am, yet we were told 7.30am on arrival, and the same screen showed an unproofread notes ‘CTA, discover menu' -meant for staff rather than guests.
The restaurant had the most noticeable issues. Our drinks took a long while to arrive, and every table nearby seemed to be experiencing the same. Similarly the breakfast buffet lacked basic, clear info.
