The hotel is new, spotless, and beautifully decorated for Christmas during our stay. But what made our stay unforgettable was the staff. The reception team welcomed us with genuine warmth and handled everything out and beyond their way from our perspective. The restaurant team was just as impressive—remembering our preferences and making every meal feel personal and special. Their care and attention made us feel completely at home throughout our stay.
