I was in Vida for the new year night. I specifically mentioned that it was my honeymoon but the hotel didn’t seem to care or even give a card. Then I booked the hotel specifically to enjoy the view from the pool but they closed it for a private event which meant hotel guest couldn’t enjoy the view over the new year eve. If i had known, I would not have paid for the hotel since the access to the facilities were limited. I reminded the staff about my honeymoon and if they had anything to make our stay memorable but they mentioned that they’ll do something but never did. However, the rooms were okay and the service was generally good.

Vida Creek harbour great hotel

Service at Amici for breakfast for excellent- friendly, courteous, fast. Front desk too is very friendly. Travel desk too. There is a Spinneys departmental store just opposite the hotel and a Dunkin’ Donuts. Quiet and lovely area.

Great Hotel, Needs Better Beds

Wonderful hotel, great location, great service, fabulous view! The only downfall to this hotel is the comfort level...the beds are rock hard! Invest in new mattresses with some comfort (not the standard hotel mattresses) and you will have an award-winning hotel!

Lovely hotel excellent staff they accommodated for an early check in even though I didn't request this in advance. Great amenities and toiletries. We had a great experience at Vida during our stay. The hotel is located right next to the harbor, and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast options were reasonable, and there are a couple of on-site restaurants which serve a variety of meals throughout the day.
