Rooms had cockroaches. In my 6 days stay, no one came to clean the room. Didn't provided towel and cleaning stuff.

I booked two rooms for two days. It was my worst experience in the room. When I went to the shower, there was no towel. The bathrooms were dirty, and the furniture had wet paint. We vacated early in the morning and canceled the other night. I am requesting you to refund my money.

I booked a studio apartment in the hotel but to my surprise there was nothing in the kitchen of the studio, no gas, no utensils, no microwave infact not even a hot kettle.
I stayed for 6-7 nights but they did not provide even drinking water for a single day. I had to purchase water from superstores. Did not even change towels daily. I had to request to change towels once. Not even provided tea coffee sachet that every hotel provides. What is the point of booking a studio apartment when kitchen is not functional

The Expedia has wrong description and the photos on the website.
The hotel had flies and cockroaches all over the rooms with filthy bad smell.
The whole hotel building was in bad condition and broken facility.
The photos shows kitchenette and sitting area which was not provided, even on request they told all their rooms kitchenette are like this and they cannot clean the rooms further.
I have called expedia and informed them .
Expedia failed to get my money back and they were unable to contact the property also hotel told me they will refund the money but expedia is not willing to return my money.
Whole situation was horrible, the service was pathetic. I trusted expedia but Expedia also failed to solve the issue as they could not contact the property.
It was a scam to me. Please don't book through Expedia also don't book this horrible filthy hotel with cockroaches.
