Fine staff, spacious well-equipped rooms. Price was quite reasonable. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Concierge/tour desk was unusually knowledgeable and helpful; that made my sightseeing and transportation arrangements much easier.

Excellent checkin staff. I arrived 12 hours late and the staff kindly upgraded my room to make me feel better. My next two days were awesome in a massive luxury room. Very high quality, modern rooms. Will stay again.

Very poor service. Bathroom washbasin had a leak which wasn’t fixed upon calling maintenance. There was no conditioner in the bathroom. We were promised breakfast to go upon check in (which was added to the notes upon check in) but they did not send breakfast
