We had a brilliant 10 night stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend it. We had booked the all inclusive package and we are so glad we did to ensure that all expense was covered and we didn’t have to worry about how much we were spending. We made great use of the restaurants available and would recommend a visit to them all, we loved the pizza restaurant and the lunch menu at the Horizon pool bar was tremendous. The quality of drinks available was excellent, all branded soft drinks and alcohol. We were a family of four and I was worried about the space in the room with the addition of the rollaway bed before we arrived. I didn’t need to, there was plenty of space and indeed the rooms were very clean and the staff maintained this throughout our stay. We did find a slight issue with some of the other guests, particularly children running a bit wild but the hotel responded brilliantly and sorted it out. The breakfast was of a high standard and the staff couldn’t help enough with coffees etc. This applies to all of the hotel staff, everyone couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much

Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout.

Lovely resort for families, we only stayed for 3 nights and the concierge service was excellent. The water park was great fun. The only downside was that the service for food and drinks by the poolside was slow.
