We enjoyed our stay at the Khalidia palace hotel. It was my 2nd time staying there and they did not disappoint. We arrived few hours before check in time and the staff were kind enough to accommodate us. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the breakfast.

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. They went above and beyond to accommodate a special trip for my parents. The staff was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely great. The property was well kept and spotlessly clean. Our maid on the 9th floor, Mylee was excellent. The breakfast chef Ali was also very obliging. All concierge staff were also very helpful.

The hotel has a nice reception area and a convenient location, and the room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed. However, the bathroom clearly needs refurbishment and felt quite worn down. While breakfast offered a good variety of food, it was disappointing that only coffee from a thermos was available—no espresso or freshly prepared coffee, which is not what one would expect from a five-star property. During my stay, the hotel hosted a very loud group of students, which significantly affected the atmosphere and made it feel closer to a youth hostel than a premium hotel. The gym and spa were adequate but not modern or state of the art. The pool area was fine, though quite noisy due to its proximity to a large street. Overall, the hotel does not deliver a true five-star experience, particularly in terms of amenities and service orientation—with the notable exception of Rachel at breakfast, who stood out positively.

I would have been able to give this hotel 5 stars, but we had one issue: the hot water in the room, which is very important to us for taking a relaxing shower after a long day of tourism . Even though the technicians checked it, the problem wasn’t resolved, and we had to shower several times with cold water. Other than that, the hotel is recommendable because the rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s located in an area just 8 minutes from the train station, which is convenient. The hotel, from what we observed, has a larger number of Asian and possibly African tourists, which is noticeable in the breakfast menu. The breakfast is excellent—so much so that on some days we weren’t even hungry for lunch.Also,the staff is super attentive: Sofia, Rachel, Amed. Especially Hashir, who was very friendly and attentive. The shakes on the first floor are also recommended; I don’t remember the name of the young lady there, but she was very attentive as well. Pool and gym looks nice . Overall, the hotel is very good.

The hotel is about 15 min from the airport. Also about 15 min from Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Staff very friendly and available for any requests all the time. Parking convenient. Very large roomy suites. Shopping centers and restaurants are walkable distance on same side or across the street.

This was my second time staying at the hotel, unfortunately I was sick my first stay and wasn't able to experience all that the hotel had to offer. This time around I was able to lounge at pool, the lounge area in the lobby was extremely welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in directing me to outside restaurants and how to get around in the metro. Overall I had a very pleasant stay. Oh, a special shout-out to the cleaning staff, I left some money under the bedspread because I didn't want to take it outside with me and I was too lazy to put it up. I inadvertently forgot about the money and the next day after coming from breakfast I noticed my room was cleaned and something was on the bed. On closer examination I saw that it was the money I left under the spread. Alhamdullilah for the honesty of the workers in placing the money where I could find it.....

Nice property overall with friendly staff. The real issue was the room itself. While fairly nice there were 2 major issues. The room had a very strong odor of sewer water that became unbearable by morning. Second there was a noise that sounded like a tornado alarm that would go off every 20 seconds and last for 20 seconds and repeat again. I was not sure whether it was coming from the AC or the equipment room next door. I only stayed here for 8 hours to sleep as I was exhausted after my flight, otherwise these would be completely unacceptable. Beware. But you do get what you pay for in a below average part of town.

It was amazing, the staff were all super friendly and helpful, wether it was the room service staff, bar staff, pool staff, receptionists, door staff. All were amazing. The food was great, breakfast had so many great options daily, pool was super warm, hotel rooms were beautiful and super clean! Absolutely recommend! Thank you for a great stay ☺️

My stay at the hotel was great. Although its not really walkable to the sites you might want to see--IT is located near the Red Line (10 minute walk) which is super convenient. I highly recommend using the metro. Lastly, the man who cleaned my room Amith was great. Very nice and did a wonderful job.

The hotel was ok, but was disappointed when we checked out, as I was told by the receptionist that we had a mini bar bill in our room, when we never wven touched nor took anything in the fridge / mini bar. We were in a hurry tonleave for the airport, we did not have time to argue with the receptionist. I think the person who went to checked our room had something to do with it. Very disappointed, as it would have been very positive with our stay at the hotel, but at the end, we lost trust. We would not stay at the hotel again when we go back in the future as we do not want to be charge something we do not use again.
