The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The shuttle to the malls was a nice bonus too. 2 things I think could be better would be free water, or refill stations for our own bottles. More attention to garbage clean up on the beach, overall it didn't effect my stay at all but I appreciate when hotels go above and beyond to help remove plastic.

It was good but I thought they would surprise me with something nice as I told them it was my birthday. I. General the place was greenn , beautiful, many activities and they give discounts in restaurants. I like the free shuttle services. The staff were nice and friendly. The only thing I don’t like was the weather.

This hotel is beginning to show it's age, and whilst it is still very good I felt it has waned from the previous time I stayed (last year). It's still an excellent hotel - I like it because it's quiet, big, sporty and wide open. It's also on the beach so it's breezy which is great during the hot months. Sadly, the room upgrade was pointless. BUT! The team at the Italian restaurant on the rooftop are FABULOUS. Really, the service at that hotel is second-to-none. The price should be reduced to reflect the age of the hotel.

Staff are wonderful, Mani at the pool bar, Adkil at Vasco de gama and all staff in the sports bar ans restaurants. Plenty of options for pools, lots of sun beds and the resort is very clean. Unfortunate to have the building work going on, would have been better doing this in the summer with kess oeople around.

I had an unforgettable stay at Jebel Ali Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a pristine private beach that offered the perfect place to unwind. The variety of activities available, from water sports to relaxing spa treatments, kept everyone in our group entertained. The restaurants offered a wide range of delicious cuisines, and the food quality was top-notch. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had amazing views of the ocean. Overall, Jebel Ali Beach Resort provided an incredible experience and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway!

Extremely noisy from loud constant banging in the courtyard at all hour thru the night from event setup and tear down. Didn't sleep. Marina nightclub loud music till 3am and bright lights in window from club and event setup. Limited restaurants available. Room service menu very limited.

Good value all inclusive

The “all inclusive” option on hotels.com turned out to be the Premium All Inclusive plan which is good value for an all inclusive because the food and drinks you get is the same as other people who are paying for it. A bit limited in the restaurant options that’s actually all inclusive but it’s not bad if you go to all of them (some are a bit far, eg. you need to book a shuttle to get to). The all inclusive tiering is really complicated but if you get the premium it’s pretty good, you can go almost anywhere and have a full meal&drinks.
