Good value accommodation. We chose it for its proximity from the airport and free shuttle. The rooms were comfortable, buffet breakfast was adequate (fruit, bread and cheeses were fresh) - I particularly liked the selection of Middle East cheeses and breads - the gym had everything I needed, and the pool was large and clean. The only issue I experienced was the smell of cigarettes, even the none smoking floors sometimes had a whiff of cigarette smoke. I was initially given a non-smoking room but the entire floor smelled like cigarettes, so we changed room & floor.

We had a great stay at the hotel. From the reception staff to the bellman, from the restaurant staff to the pool.. we were so well treated! The host at the restaurant during breakfast was so sweet, along with their colleaues who were so nice to my kids and brought then hot chocolate and a special fruit platter for them. The bellman during our check out who took his time to talk to me and help me with my questions. I love that the housekeeping staff really left us with one towel for each of us, from previous experiences from others hotels, housekeeping never leave towels for us and the kids. We always have to ask for towels for the three kids but the housekkeping here left towels for all of us (thank you for saving me a call to request the obvious!) The kids had a great day at the pool and the playground; they were initially bummed the splash pad was not working but they had great fun all day at the pool! The restaurant had a great selection of dishes and the pizza was delicious! Super comfortable bed! Awesome size bath towels and pool towels. Super close to the airport and the hotel shuttle was super convenient to us.

I booked two non-smoking rooms and requested that they be adjacent, as I was traveling with my family. Unfortunately, one of the rooms reeked terribly of tobacco; when I asked to change it, I was told no adjacent rooms were available, so I had no choice just to accept it. My family and I had stayed at this hotel over a year and a half ago and found it excellent, but I would not recommend it now. However the staff were excellent.

The staff, in all areas, was great - very friendly, helpful and respectful. The rooms were lovely although the AC was a little of a challenge at first. The gym had everything I needed and quite a bit more. It was too cold for me to try the pool but sitting by it was very relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Good location close to metro and airport. Lovely heated rooftop pool. Was the highlight of our stay with the kids who loved the pool. Good service and nice rooms. Breakfast is good overall but a little slow replacing cups and food when needed. Would recommend.
