Amazing Hotel in DubI

Great location, there is even an amazing dentist who has a clinic in the hotel complex, the food is good, staff is nice , comfortable bed and linens its a wonderful stay

While it was unbeatable price for the size it is outdated and the cleanliness in the kitchen is very poor, you have to wash everything all over and expect to see many roaches. I know it is a common thing in old buildings in Dubai but it should be manageable. The staff is very friendly. Personally would never stay here again.

Imagine reaching your hotel, severely jet-lagged, at 2 a.m. with your family after multiple international flights/connections, and being told that they don't have the apartment you had prepaid for. I was told they would try to get me the 3-bedroom apartment I had prepaid for in a day or so. They gave me three rooms far apart from each other instead, which is a nightmare for any family. The following morning, I went to the manager, asking for my apartment, and instead of apologizing, he falsely claimed that he didn't get the reservation until the night before. I showed him my phone log, showing him that I had called a few days ago and the hotel had confirmed my booking. He made another false promise that he would compensate me for the inconvenience, which obviously never happened. Here are my other observations of the service/facility. - The kitchen top was stained, the utensils were almost nonexistent, and the ones there were severely damaged, rendering them unusable. I saw a couple of cockroaches roaming around as well. - Despite paying for six individuals, the staff resisted providing more than four towels. - TVs and phones were unworkable, which they fixed after multiple requests. - While leaving the hotel, the bellboy simply refused to bring my luggage to the parking lot until I paid my dues at the front desk. To summarize, it's a dated hotel with poor service. They are largely unfamiliar with the concept of hospitality. Not recommended for western/intl. travelers.

A fuir !

Je crois que c'est mon 1er commentaire négatif, depuis des années que je voyage. Déjà on a attendu pendant 1h30 dans le hall car notre chambre n'était pas prête. En plus nous avons voyagé avec nos deux fillettes. L appartement était sale, avec des cafards, une vaisselle crade, de la literie bas de gamme, et aucun entretien général. Une odeur plus que désagréable qui ressemblait à du tabac froid. En plus nous avions choisi ce logement surtout parce qu'il était mentionné qu'il y avait une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport alors que pas du tout. Bref expérience horrible. A fuir !!!

The staff at this hotel always went above and beyond the call of duty. They answered every question I had, made and confirmed my appointment for my COVID test, and even notified me when I received my results the following morning. I would give the staff 10 stars!!!

For one night it is OK. However i have to say that the central air cond was a bit noisy and we could smell that someone smoked in the rooms we occupied (may be a long time ago, but the smell was still present and the children could smell it)

Nice location and professional staffs

The hotel is located in a very beautiful environment. The views from the Top floor is amazing. The staffs are nice and well trained. I will love to be there once again.The hotel also allows visitors to visit.

You guys are the best & keep the excellent service

Stay was pleasant. Exceed expectation. Location wasn’t that great but service, room, housekeeping, security, etc. was great. Like to make special mention for 2 personnel, Abbas, front desk, & Rafiq, bellhop I think as he pretty much covers everything at the front door. Though the rest was excellent.

Aging Beauty

Personalen försökte verkligen göra allt vad de kunde för att göra vistelsen bra. Jag provade t ex fyra rum (pga sexfilig väg på ena sidan hotellet). Hotellet är ett ok hotell i den lägre prisnivån, men det är en ”aging beauty” med stenhårda sängar, inget vatten i inomhusfontäner, stillastående rulltrappor och en del serviceinrättningar stängda. Lite kul är det att frukostmatsalen heter ”Creak view restaurant” då det är helt omöjligt att se Dubai creak från den.
