Check in and check out experience was extremely poor. The accommodation was excellent although issue with shower that wasn’t fixed despite me notifying them on day 1. Getting my cash deposit back was ridiculous, I notified them in plenty of time that I’d be checking out/leaving at 9am but they made no effort to return the money until I threatened to complain.
