"Couldn’t say enough good things about this location. I screwed up my bus schedule the day before and they allowed me to move my room booking to the next night (for a reasonable fee of course) I was so thankful they did that. I arrived at almost 23:00 at night and the lady at reception was so helpful. She knew that I was changing my reservation date and the transaction was smooth and hassle free. Also the room was perfect and the location was awesome. Highly recommend the Chinese restaurant right...

"From the moment we walked in, this hotel felt like the right choice, and it kept proving it every single day.
The staff are what make this place. Every person we met was welcoming, courteous and genuinely helpful, never rushed and never scripted. Nothing was too much trouble. The service was beyond compare, and that is not a phrase I use lightly.
Breakfast deserves its own paragraph. There was real variety, so there was something for every appetite, and the chef made my omelet to perfection...

"We had a warm and friendly stay at Marmorosch hotel in Bucharest, from the reception greeting and checking in (Mr Marius) to the morning breakfast ( Elena and Violeta) the personnel were accommodating and going extra miles to make you feel at home. The ambiance and location make the hotel a great choice for having an enjoyable vacation being close to the points of interest ( theatre, restaurants, museums) the location is in a safe area to walk."

"The outside pool pictured does not belong to the hotel! So you have to pay to use. Compounding my disappointment, the indoor pool was being refurbished.
Otherwise I liked the hotel but this was a disappointment."

"The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel."

"Our stay at the Epoque Hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, which was such a lovely way to begin our stay.
The service throughout was exceptional. The very friendly young man who helped us with our luggage on the first day continued to be incredibly helpful and attentive every time we saw him. It’s those personal touches that really make a hotel memorable.
Our dining experience was first class as well, with wonderful food and service...
