"It was first class all the way! We were greeted by Shea, the professional concierge. He was fabulous and very informative. We had the superior deluxe room with a bay window. It was very large and beautiful. The bathroom was just as nice and big. The entire staff was wonderful."

"Nice host but could do with updating and a thorough clean. We were only given one bath towel and one hand towel to share between two! Breakfast items weren’t great quality and it all felt rushed. Weren’t offered and extra tea or juice etc. Overall wished I’d booked somewhere else."
