"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the room itself was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, and the heating system wasn’t any better. Because of the noise, we couldn’t leave either running while trying to sleep, which meant we ended up freezing through the night. To make matters worse, the blanket provided was very thin and did little to keep us warm. The biggest issue, however, was with the door. It would not lock properly when we left the room. We were forced to take all of our belongings with us and leave them in the car whenever we went out, which was both inconvenient and stressful. Anyone could have easily entered our room while we were gone. Oddly, the door could be locked from the inside, but that didn’t help when we weren’t there. To top it all off, there was no staff available at any point. There was no one for check-in or check-out, and when we tried to call multiple times for help with the door issue, no one answered. We received absolutely no assistance throughout our stay. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we would not recommend staying here."

What really made the stay was the people. Every employee we met was respectful and genuinely helpful. Maria especially stood out — she was professional, kind, and made us feel taken care of from check-in to check-out. That level of service is rare. If you want a resort that feels new, clean, and run by people who actually care, book here. Highly recommended."

"Got there very late & asked the desk girl about finding somewhere to eat. Said there aren’t any places open at 9 pm. Except maybe the grocery store. Next night found 2 nice places serving food till 10pm. Been a Wyndham member for years & couldn’t get my points when I checked out too. Not a good customer engagement experience…."

"Amazing staff. Location is good for the mountain and walkable to all bars and restaurants. Rooms says renovated but it’s more painted over. Small old bathrooms. If you’re looking for no frills, this is your place. Jacuzzi was amazing, food decent, great bar staff."

"a bit dated, beautiful setting. no amenities seasonal pool and hot tub. stayed in townhome. shows lots of ware but nicely equiped. ok if price is right. murphy bed a bit small. nice living area and nice kitchen area. Bathroom very dated, carpets stained, but most things felt clean."
