There was black mold innthe bedroom. Thr apartment was very dark - all rhe light bulbs had low brightness and it was impossible to see anything. The bed sheets were extremely itchy.

Information de check-in reçue tardivement, je n'ai pu accéder à l'appartement qu'à 20h40, tout se fait en ligne, ou via whatsapp et encore il a finalement fallu que j'appel une hotline à l'autre bout du pays. Aucun contact sur place. Si vous n'avez pas internet à l'étranger, pas de chance :( Très propre et bien aménagé mais très froid à tous les sens du terme: chauffage minimal, décoration et aménagement simplistes. Toutes les économies sont bonnes.

Für einen kurzen Trip reicht es aus. Die Lage ist okay, nah am Rewe zum Einkaufen. Straßenbahn ist fährt direkt vor der Tür. Das macht das Schlafen mit offenem Fenster durchaus schwer, wenn man eher ruhigere Regionen gewohnt ist. Zwei Handtücher wurden einmalig gestellt, Waschmaschine war vorhanden, wurde aber nicht auf Funktion getestet. Das Bett war schön angerichtet. Spülmaschine war integriert. Zugang zum Zimmer erfolgt durch Codeanlage. Leider haben jedoch nur wenige Lampen in der Wohnung funktioniert. Im Flur flackere die Lampe bei Anschalten permanent. Der Wohn-/Küchenbereich war insbesondere von den Lampenfehlfunktionen betroffen. In einigen Lampen waren nicht mal mehr Glühbirnen, andere hatten technische Defekte. Wir musste schließlich täglich Nachttischlampen an den Esstisch stellen, um abends etwas zu sehen. Am zweiten Tag sollte ein Techniker vorbeikommen, ob das so war, wissen wir nicht. Jedenfalls hat der auch nichts gemacht, was zur Besserung der Situation beigetragen hätte. Das Bad war überwiegend sauber. In der Dusche fiel jedoch auf, dass Kalkablagerungen nicht wirklich bereinigt werden in den Fugen. Es war nur eine Rolle Klopapier vorhanden. Die Wände wiesen teilweise Beschädigungen bzw. Farbabplatzungen auf. Auch die Möbel hatten teilweise Schrammen, was bei Benutzung zwar normal ist, aber nun auch nicht zur Schönheit beiträgt. Eine Renovierung in diesen Punkten wäre wünschenswert. Smart-TV hat zu schwachen Internetempfang - Netflix lädt nicht.

Gediegenes Appartment im Dresdner Altbau

Als Business Appartment viellleicht nicht optimal, aber privat mit Familie oder Freunden eine tolle Location und ordentliche Ausstattung des Appartements. Wohngegend in Zentrumsnähe und gut und sicher gelegen. Ohne Aufzug mit Kindern und Gepäck vielleicht nicht optimal. Auch niedriges Balkongitter!

’Wunderbar’ a perfect cosy yet spacious apartment

A very comfortable stay at one bedroom apartment. Great location next to tram line with connections across Neu and Alt Stadt of Dresden. Property has everything one could need for either business or leisure trip.

Für einige Tage gemütlich

Wohnung großzügig geschnitten, Sofa und Bett etwas zu weich. Die Internetverbindung reicht für Mails, aber für Netflix auf den TV leider nicht. Wohnen kann man dort auch durchaus länger, es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Auf keinen Fall den Parkplatz an der Melanchthonstrasse nutzen. Der gehört einen Abschlepp Unternehmen.

I really recommend this apartment

The apartment is pretty big, it has 2 bedrooms and a living room with everything you may need; microwave, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, etc. The WiFi is super fast and the location is perfect, 5 min driving to the downtown. There is not parking space there, but it is easy to find a parking spot for €3 per all day. Well recommended!

Die Größe der Wohnung (im EG) ist in Ordnung, jedoch auch sehr dunkel. Die Türen und Lichtschalter könnten mal modernisiert werden. Auch der Check-in am Hauseingang war nicht selbsterklärend, da die Einstellung des Zugangscodes dort etwas Glückssache ist. Die Lage ist ok, wenn man es etwas alternativ mag. Zu beachten wäre noch, dass direkt die Straßenbahnen dort lang fahren - wer hier lärmempfindlich ist, sollte auf eine andere Unterkunft ausweichen.

Wir sind am Samstag Abend angekommen und hatten große Probleme, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Unterkunft zu finden. Wir mussten 2 Straßen weiter parken. Die beiden Türöffnung-Codes, welche wir über den Check In bekommen haben, haben leider nicht funktioniert um die Tür zu öffnen, weswegen eine Studentin, die im Haus wohnt für uns die Tür öffnen musste. Die Wohnung war gut, aber leider im 4. OG ohne Fahrstuhl. Das Koffer Hochtragen war deshalb etwas sehr anstrengend. Die Wohnung an sich war alles in allem sehr schön, man sollte aber wenn möglich nicht am Wochenende dort wohnen, wenn man nachts schlafen möchte (laute Straßenbahn vor der Haustür, viele laut gröhlende Jugendliche, die aus der nahe gelegenen Kneipenstraße kommen)
