wir waren ja schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel und bisher immer zhufrieden;diesmal war das nicht so: -unfreundlicher Empfang; -Minibar nicht aufgefüllt -für Poolbesuch sollten je Besuch und Teilnehmer 5,-€ bezahlt werden -Frühstück recht überschaubar

Sehr saubere Zimmer und ein großartiges Frühstück. Durch die zentrale Lage je nachdem welches Zimmer man hat etwas laut durch die Straßenbahn vor dem Hotel.

Fantastic and charming old-timey hotel, very well situated, clean and comfortable. The interior pool is gorgeous and there is also a sauna, which unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy because I forgot to pack a bathing suit. So take note, and pack yours! The breakfast buffet is amazing. I recommend you learn a few key phrases in German so you can best communicate with the staff and get around the city.

Zu laute Zimmertüren beim Schließen. Alle Zwischentüren zu straffe und zu schnelle Einstellung. Toilettenspülung ging nicht und wurde nicht behoben. Geht garnicht!

Schließblech der Tür war extrem locker. Tür war nicht sicher verschließbar. Im zweiten Zimmer war das Fenster nicht verschließbar. Die Rezeption hat sich dafür nicht entschuldigt und hat zur Behebung ein Zimmer zur lauten Straßenseite angeboten.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Möbel sind deutlich überaltert, dazu passt dann auch der alte muffige Geruch. Das Bad ist absolut eine Katastrophe gewesen. Schimmel in den Kanten der Duschtasse, an der Decke. Aluminiumwinkel der Dusche oben war gebrochen, eine sichere Führung der Türen war nicht mehr gegeben. Der Heizkörper abgeplatzt und rostig. So sollte kein Bad aussehen. Auch für den günstigen Preis mit Frühstück würden wir nicht wieder anmieten.

Im Hotel und den Zimmern sind keine Rauchmelder verbaut und die aufgehängten Feuerlöscher sind alle 2010 abgelaufen. Von Brandschutz kann hier keine Rede sein. Die Zimmer wurden gut gereinigt, allerdings tauschte das Personal täglich sämtliche Handtücher aus, obwohl sie nicht am Boden lagen. Dies war nicht notwendig und trägt nicht sonderlich zum Umweltschutz bei.
