Excellent place

A very quiet area and the property was clean and spacious. The shower and bathroom was very good and clean. A lovely place to stay,and local trams are regular and easy to get back into town. Excellent place , I would return and recommend.

This is an historical gem in a beautiful forested neighborhood, just two blocks from the urban advantages of Strehlen and access to all of Dresden, with busses, tram, basic stores, and casual restaurants. 10-minute walk to Grosser Garten. Very basic rooms with essentials, modern bathroom, breakfast room and kitchen privileges. I have already booked again in the spring.

Great stay :)

Great place! Perfectly clean, calm and close to a large park :) there is a fully-equipped kitchen for guests, which was a nice surprise! I do recommend!

Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei alten Villen. Auf dem Grundstück sind keine Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, wir mussten und jeden Abend einen Parkplatz auf der Straße suchen. Meistens haben wir einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider hatten nahezu alle Wände erschreckend viele Risse, die veralteten Jalousien lösen sich größtenteils nicht mehr einstellen, so dass es uns viel zu hell im Zimmer war. Leider sind die Räume wirklich extrem hellhörig, sobald Gäste durch den Hausflur gehen waren wir wach. Die Betten sind sehr niedrig und die Matratzen sehr dünn, was wir als unbequem empfanden. Auch die Duschwand hat die beste Zeit hinter sich und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft nicht schlecht aber es sollte dringend renoviert und modernisiert werden. Nach mehr als 20 Jahren nach der Sanierung sind halt viele Dinge renovierungsbedürftig und Einrichtungsgegenstände veraltet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Sバーン駅からだと荷物を持って15分くらいかかるのでちょっと大変。トラムを利用すれば150mほどの距離。 チェックイン時は誰も居らず入口に個人の名前を書いた紙が貼ってあり、コードナンバーを押すと入口が解錠でき、指定された部屋にはドアキーも置いてあった。 最初は驚いたが、室内は意外と清潔で、風呂も別の部屋になるが専用のバスタブ付きの浴室があった。　泊って経験してみてやっとこのホテルの良さがわかる。

Katastrophale Matratzen. Badezimmertür schließt nicht. Empfang beschränkt sich auf einen Zettel an der Tür, auf dem für jeden sichtbar der Zugangscode zum Haus steht. Einen Mitarbeiter des Hotels haben wir an dem Wochenende nicht zu Gesicht bekommen.

Mir hat gefallen, das es sauber war und jeden Tag sauber gemacht wurde. Was mir nicht gefallen hätte, waren die Risse im Zimmer an den Wänden oder am Haus dir Risse. Nicht gefallen hat mir, das meine Bettwäsche nicht frisch war. Das WLAN hat nicht hundertprozentig funktioniert Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis gut und es war alles frisch zubereitet und lecker.

Sjælen fik fred

Hotel Seraphinum er et dejligt ældre hus liggende fredeligt udenfor byen. Sjælen fik fred her efter en dag fyldt med oplevelser i Dresden. Servicen er i top og morgenmaden er ok. Problemet var belligenheden et godt stykke fra centrum sammenholdt med at den offentlige transport var problematisk pga. renovering af sporvognsnettet.

Villa close to Dresden Altstadt

Lovely villa. we had room on top floor. Easily hosted 4 people, ideal for a family. Be aware: windows are not fully covered so light may wake one up. Breakfast was lovely.
