"The reception and bar staff are great, lots of effort on their part, well appointed modern and clean hotel, one temporary draw back was the early morning tooting of horns and construction work from neighbouring development, so only a few hours sleep had, prior to an important appointment. Not the hotels fault, but a heads up to get an early night would have been good. Im sure the work will be completed soon enough."

"Hôtel situé près de la Gare Lille Flandres et du Grand Palais de Lille. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Personnel d’une grande gentillesse. Chambres très propres et bien agencées. Piscine chauffée très agréable et avec des horaires larges. Je reprendrai une chambre ici si je reviens à Lille!"

"Alles klopt aan dit hotel. Mooi, schoon, directe bij centrum en naast Westfield mall, uiterst vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie! En ook een uitstekende prijs. Totaal 10 op 10. Alleen parkeren onder het hotel heeft wat instructies nodig. "
