"We were in the yellow side building. Our room was very small. The bathroom was tiny and had the smallest sink I have ever seen in my life- slightly larger than my hand- hard to wash your face. Hotel is right across from Godafoss waterfall- not in the town area of Laugar. Paid extra for breakfast and it was very nice- even had a choose your own espresso machine. Dated decor. Shower very slippery but so small chances are good you won’t fall."

"Es una habitación con cocina incluida, muy coqueta, limpia y tranquila, situada en una granja con caballos, a unos kilómetros de Akureyri. Los propietarios te dan absoluta libertad para visitar la granja. El entorno es espectacular. Hay que subir por dos tramos de una escalera metálica independiente. No hay ascensor. La cocina y su menaje muy limpia. También el aseo. Hay algunas moscas, pero es que es una granja y fuimos en verano. De los mejores alojamientos de los que estuve en Islandia. "

"Very pleased with our one night stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean. They had dinner buffet for 85k ISK. Breakfast was included and for a change we could get some scramble eggs and Bacon's. Sauna and hot tub included and open till 11 pm. Also, a new spa called Forest Lagoon has opened nearby which is a nice retreat with their large poops, sauna, and cold plunge. The hotel is a scenic 10 minute drive from downtown. All in all, highly recommended!"

"Super cute and unique place to stay. The views from this place are worth it! I did have to open the windows at night as the air circulation upstairs in the loft is a bit hot but once all windows were open, we were fine. A great place to stay for the night with amazing views! "

"This is a nice property! Very clean and quiet. We stayed in the guesthouse that was down the road from the property. It has a spacious kitchen, dining and living room which is nice. Rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. They have a restaurant in n the property which is nice. Breakfast is as included. We enjoyed the breakfast. "Acco guesthouse is a great walkable distance from a handful of dining options and shopping. The room we stayed in was very spacious and the beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom however, was quite tight. The shower ledge takes up a lot of room even though the shower is very small. The ledge also had a decent size chunk out of it which was a big hazard when we had just woken up in the morning and weren’t used to our surroundings. "
