"I was just dropping my things off to freshen up before heading to a friends place. I'm glad I did because I found about a 2in long, what I thought was dead, cockroach underneath the sink in the bathroom. I shoved my things back into my bags and left the room and checked out. The woman running the desk was very nice, she couldn't do anything because it was booked through Expedia so I took care of everything else to be refunded on my end. She did ask if I wanted another room and I politely declined. The issue was resolved, I did end up paying a $50.00 incidental fee to the hotel that at this point I don't care to collect. The property itself on the outside and inside seemed cleaned, however when you find one cockroach there are usually plenty more where that one came from on. If you do stay here check your rooms just to be sure. "

"The staff there was horrible. Asked for extra sheets and towels.I was told they were full capacity and had nothing extra for us. I booked through expedia and they took two deposits the morning of our tripand i clicked pay on-site. Trip started off messed up."

"The property is beautiful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. And the staff was wonderful! Location was great too! "

"We arrived at 10:30 pm; the main entrance was locked, so we had to check-in through a window. With freeway traffic, it was too noisy to hear the desk clerk, who only mouthed “license” & “card”, took our cards & left, later returning to bring us room keys & say “thanks”. No instructions on where the room was, parking, WiFi, etc. The room was clean, & the bedding looked new, but the furniture was older & weathered. You could feel a bit of humidity, so the bed sheets felt slightly sticky/damp when you crawled into bed, & the particle board furniture was warped at the edges from humidity. The sink faucet wasn’t securely mounted & moved significantly when turning on the water. The bath mat was mildewed around the edges, & there was a square spot in the floor (next to the table) that was weakened & felt like it was going to collapse when you walked across it. Mini fridge, microwave, soap & a single set of towels provided , even though it slept 4. No hair dryer provided. We turned on the fan (for noise reduction since the freeway was right outside), but it didn’t help block out the sounds of many noisy people that were outside talking & laughing loudly until nearly 1:00 am (despite a posted sign indicating a “strictly observed quiet time from 9:00 pm until 6:00 am). The bed was comfortable enough, but the noisy neighbors made it hard to fall asleep. After putting in earplugs, I was able to fall asleep & slept comfortably. It was okay for a place to sleep, but nothing great."

"I only stayed for a couple hours and the staff was wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and cared about what I needed. Hampton Inns are my go to hotel/motel. Love them"

"The hotel, room and hotel staff were great. The issue was the hotel didn’t receive the itinerary Expedia should have ensured the hotel received. 90 minutes of my life wasted thanks to this issue. "
