"Awesome place to stay"

"Very clean property. I stayed at numerous hotels in my trip and was trying to save money. I didn't expect much. This hotel though was by far the nicest despite being the cheapest."

"We have stayed here several times in the last 2 years, but the last time (June 16-17) was somewhat below par. They did not have any water when we arrived at 7:00pm due to water heater issues. No fault of the hotel and water was restored by about 8:30. Was told we would have hot water in about 30 minutes. Did not get hot water that night so we retired without a shower. "Actually, I cannot recommend the place to rest because it is very dirty in the hallways and the rooms, but the terrible are the cockroaches in the rooms, I went to the front desk and they told me that they could not do anything and not give me another room either, so I could not sleep all night to take care that no animal would reach the bed where my children slept."

"Well i visited my son over the weekend, and my room was 309 so far it was clean and ok but when we go to sleep as we woke at 7am the room was full of water next to our beds our shoes got wet and we had clothes on the ground and got them wet too it was a big puddle of water so we had to avoid walking around to get our self’s wet, other than that all around ok"

"Initial call to confirm late arrival was pleasant and handled well, it went downhill from there. At check-in I discovered my room was filthy. Every flat surface had food remains, grease smears and sticky glass rings. Then I opened the bed, sheets were dirty and the bathroom had hair and dirt in the corners! When asked about a different, clean room the front desk handed me a container of wipes and a set of sheets. They told me they were booked full, but I was able to go online and find rooms...

"Overall, the room, property, staff and amenities were great. Where improvements need to be made is parking. I circled the parking lot for almost 30 minutes to find a place to park for the evening. Terrible that there is no designated parking for guests."

"Property and public areas were clean and nicely updated. Staff was super!!! Room was issue. Obviously updating property but our room had peeling ceiling paint from water damage in several spots. Very full occuppancy so did not ask for alternative room"
