"Clean room."

"I would stay here again."

"Staff would have been sufficient if the room has been well. Was consistently put on hold when calling front desk. 1st room smelled like smoke. 2 nd room didn't have water, sheets are worn and ripped. Head pillow stained."

"Location was great, art was fun, loved the little coffee shop (Mike at the coffee shop especially was great so kind!) and the basement sauna. Hot tub was closed while I was there, the chocolates served in the room were old tasting and at check-in I watched the front desk give the couple ahead of me great customer service and then received really mid service in comparison. I would stay here again but those little things were off."

"Don’t try to sleep in past 8 am. Apparently it’s completely acceptable for staff to come bang on your hotel room several hours before check out and then just let themselves in. No explanation or anything. Even had the do not disturb sign on the door. I reported the incident to the hotel and got 0 response. We checked out and won’t be back after the uneasy experience."

"Front desk staff was very helpful in answering question about the property and surrounding area!"

"When my Fiancee and I checked in to this hotel the room appeared to be clean, until I took a shower and got into the bed and was awakened by itching very badly on both of my arms and my left hand. I turned on the light turned over the pillow and there were atleast 5 large Bedbugs crawling in the bed including some little yellowish bugs on the pillows. My Fiancee and I immediately went to the front desk to alert them and no accommodation was offered and we were immediately removed from our room...

"Elevators are tiny and take a long time to serve all the floors. The premium viee we payed for would have been nice, but the window treatment was bubbling up so you couldn't really see the stadium except out of 1/3 windows. The valet parking system is not convenient."

"The hotel is nice, but I booked it specifically for the rooftop, heated, year-round pool. I had confirmed our two rooms the morning of our check-in, and the hotel staff didn't tell me that they had closed the pool. I learned of it upon check-in. We were traveling with two 12-year-old boys and were very disappointed. We didn't use the other amenities and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known about the pool, which is advertised front and center on the first page of their ad....

"Tout était parfait !"
