"Room service on Sunday morning proved to be quite challenging. No one answered numerous calls until I finally called the front desk. Very frustrating."

"The location was decent, although street noise could get a bit loud. The balcony was a nice bonus, and the room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking was the only option available. We really enjoyed the social hour and would consider staying again if the price were right."

"I stayed in a single room with an en-suite bath, which did the job for the purpose of my stay, but I would not use again. Room had fresh towels, hot water, A/C and a decent level of privacy. However, the room was next to a staircase, and noise from the staircase was disruptive at all hours of the night. On my last night, someone cooked in the communal kitchen; I generally have no problem with people using communal amenities, but it was 9PM at night, I'd already gone to bed to catch an early...
