"I absolutely love PEI and was so excited to visit. I would absolutely come back to the island, just not to the Harbour House. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, the property itself was disappointing.

"Front desk staff were unfriendly. Breakfast just ok. Fridge broken and leaked water over kitchen floor. Toilet barely flushed, and then plugged. "We had a clogged washroom. The maintenance guy repaired it only to recur in half an hour. Since it was past 10pm, they provided adjacent room’s washroom instead of repairing at midnight. It was a good gesture, although a little inconvenient!

"Everything here was 4/10 except the beds are horrible and they are not cyclist friendly. If you are out here traveling by bike this is not the place to stay. They refuse to let me bring our clean bikes to the room, even if it's a old motel with it's own outside door. They instead told us to put our bikes in a shed next to the road with a big glass sliding door for everyone to see what's in there.
