"Nice modern clean place. Super well Located. Staff terrific Small but well appointed rooms. The only drawback was that the pool was closed the whole time. Breakfast good. Would have loved more LOCAL fruit rather than apples etc. the barista is terrific here. The lovely nature of the staff makes everything ok. You can walk to town and to Apias restaurants. Nourish does a great lunch. Milani good coffee and cakes. Don’t miss the palusami pizza at Giordanos"

"Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite. The only thing I will say is it...

"Wir haben in diesem Resort 4 Tage verbracht. Wir hatten der Unterkunft ein paar Tage vorher geschrieben, dass wir um 2 Uhr morgens einchecken müssen. Wir hatten nie eine Antwort hierzu erhalten. Als wir ankamen, fanden wir jedoch den Schlüssel und ein Check in Formular auf dem Tresen der Rezeption liegen. Mit einer Karte, die wir in einem Informationsstand fanden, war es uns möglich, nach einigem Suchen unsere Villa im Dunkeln ausfindig zu machen. Der Check in bekommt daher 1 von 5 Sternen....

"As a woman travelling on my own I felt so safe and I didn’t meet one staff member that wasn’t smiling, checking in on me or giving me advise for places to go/see. The hotel assisted me with hiring a car and getting me to/from the airport which was very appreciated. "What an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely seamless. The airport shuttle was already waiting for us outside and was super easy to find, which made travelling with a baby so much less stressful.
