"The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially the young man running the front desk (and operating everything at breakfast). He obviously takes great care in his job and wants to make sure customers are well taken care of, which is always good to see. The building is aged, but appropriate for the price, especially with the service provided."

"I love staying at Tru Hilton hotels when traveling and 9/10 times when I visit family in Battle Creek I stay here! It’s always very clean, staff are friendly, the breakfast is ok, decent size pool. Nice lobby and sitting area with TV & pool tables. Housekeeping was very friendly and the from desk workers are always nice.
