"This was a birthday trip and I must say, this was a nkce hotel. The room was spacious, the staff very friendly and welcoming. The hot tub was hot just overfilled and need to change the water. The kids staying there definitely enjoyed the pool. Cherry on top was the free snacks, water, and ice cream!! The good kind too. Will definitely be back and often. "

"Bathroom was sounded awful with lots of dirt hanging from it . Bathroom door was broke. Pillows were uncomfortable. Could hear everything in the hallways . People smoking weed outside and the smell coming in through the vents filling our room for hours with the strong weed smell . Breakfast was awful . Would not return "

"AC did work. There is a lot of parking. You can walk to many places to eat and shop. It was extremely run down, all the ice machines were broken or missing. The room was dirty, hair on the bed and towels. BIG hole in the bathroom door. The floor had stickers on it??? I would not walk on the floors at all, even with socks on. Staff were not friendly at all, i have no clue if they had breakfast... One plus is I did a bug check and it passed. I have stayed at budget hotels, this is one of the absolute worst. "

"Everything was great, except for the lighting in the room. The lamps on the bedside are very low lit, and the shade around them cast a yellow light. The other lights are very bright and harsh. Thanks."

"DON’T stay here unless you enjoy ROACHES, people doing shady business in the parking lot, and general filth. I was given a new room after finding roaches in the bed of the 1st, but the 2nd was no better. I requested a refund but was told that I’d need to wait until a manager was there in the morning. When Expedia was able to get ahold of a manager the next day, I was offered a partial refund for 50% of what I paid for 2 nights. Thankfully, Expedia made up the difference with points. "
