"Lovely staff"

"The whole experience was excellent, being disabled makes it difficult to find the right room but at The Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth everyone was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly from the check-in to our departure. The hotel was clean and modern with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was Plentiful and filling in a very welcoming dining area. A lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff. Will definately stay again. "

"Clean room and comfortable bed Kids bunks were great Only downside is that we had 4 large suitcases and we had to manage them up stairs as no lift we could see. However, despite this we recommend it"
