"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."

"Simple hotel. Bed, aircon below average. Powerpoints are scarce, no bottled water, no coffee making facilities, no facial tissues. Reception ladies are helpful. Position is excellent. Art Museum Opera & Ballet (free performance last Sunday night - very good!) and beach. I guess hence the high price."

"This is a property that is far above and beyond a regular hotel. From the outside it looks like any other regular apartment complex, however, once you walk in, it is designed with luxury and finesse in mind. We stayed at the Regal suite, all aspects of the place were high quality, nothing cheap or fake, from the kitchen items to the bed, the living area, the curtains, the ceiling decorations….we were in awe about the details that went into everything and felt like royalty for our stay. "It was as advertised for Constanta cheap room it was clean and taken care of and the rooms looked ok the bed was fairly hard there wasn’t any AC in the rooms and there were a lot of charges listed for services in the room that normally come complimentary in the US and other countries it’s also not in a very good location I didn’t realize until I got there I spent more in cabs and uber going back and forth to the part of town I need to go to also the owner told us not to complain or we could just...

"We visit family in the area and enjoy the hotel and its amenities. Super clean, large room. Excellent breakfast. Staff is awesome, especially our waiter on Oct 15 and 19! I don’t know his name but he was there all day and his service was fantasic! Many thanks for a great stay!"

"It was a good view and had beach right in front basically which was nice. Nice area to walk. didn’t like the fact I couldn’t control AC didn’t respond to controller. Also bed was way to firm not very comfortable. Other then that everything else was nice. "

"The hotel was one of the best we have been to,very clean,big variety breakfast. On the other hand, staff members are not friendly, some of them rudely answered us and were not helpful in the slightest. The kindest people were the cleaning ladies. We did enjoy the private beach, the pool and the food. "
