Le service hôtelier n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, accueil pas sympathique, petit déjeuner avec que des produits industriels, aucune recharge des produits spontanée et pour un prix exorbitant de 22 Euros/personne. Pas de remplacement de la bouteille d’eau prévue dans la chambre supérieure vue mer pourtant prévue dans le tarif si plusieurs nuits. Au spa pas de salle de repos digne de ce nom, pas de tuyau d’eau dans le hamamm ni de sablier dans le sauna ! Les clients gardent leur maillot de bain ce qui est contraire aux conditions d’hygiène. Pour le reste le site est magnifique mais l’établissement pas à la hauteur !!!

Unfortunately the front desk staff has an attitude, and bizarrely, apparently they lied to several guest by saying hat the restaurant was full; but when we came back in the evening, we saw the restaurant almost empty, the waiters confirmed the restaurant had not been full at all, rather the opposite. and then we witnessed another guest complaining at the front desk for the same thing, it appeared they had been lied to as well. An older man at the front desk does have a nasty attitude, and is followed by an older female colleague who does the same. The establishment is let down by run down facilities, some areas really are not clean, terrasses, bathroom screens and corners in our room, the terrasse screen..covered in bird s... fortunately we only paid for one night, so we will quickly forget this experience. The town also has an eerie feel, and the locals do not seem to value tourism here.

The location of the property is excellent. Rooms are clean and modern. Was disappointed when they wouldn’t do room service at 8 pm on our day of check in. We arrived late and was tired and hungry but they turned us away from the restaurant because we didn’t have a reservation and then told us room service was closed for the evening. I am in the process of being reimbursed of 4 nights payments because when I checked out we were told we hadn’t prepaid. However we did pay through Expedia, but we didn’t have the email at the time to prove it. I have been emailing and phone the hotel twice to get this matter fixed. Not going very well.

Lovely relaxing spa break great hotel.
We have just returned from an amazing coulpe of day at the lovely spa hotel, with lovely view over looking the sea, the spa was lovley. The staff on receiption were very friendly and helpfull.

L'accueil ni souriant ni accueillant
4 étoiles ?? Le Personnel à l'accueil est loin d'être accueillant ! Ne répondent même pas à notre bonjour, ils ont les yeux rivés sur leur P.C. La Chambre SUPÉRIEURE vue mer : c'est une vue sur la terrasse du toit de l'hôtel, terrasse sale, la terrasse de la chambre et la rembarde sont truffés de fientes d'oiseaux, la menuiserie de la fenêtre et le rail de la porte coulissante n'ont sûrement pas été nettoyés depuis des mois ! Les vieilles moquettes des espaces communs et de la chambre sont crasseuses et usées par le temps. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre et nous sommes dans un 4 étoiles ???

Bel établissement, bien situé. Calme. Au bord de l eau, bercé par les vagues, vue magnifique. L ensemble des services proposés très convenables. Petit bémol que nous comprenons parfaitement en cette période compliquée dans un contexte compliqué, nous ressentons beaucoup le manque de personnel qualifié au sein de la restauration et bar.Pour un 4 étoiles 🌟 cela surprend un peu. Bien que ces personnes se sont montrées polis, gentilles, souriantes . C'est valable pour tout le personnel, très agréable. Revoir un peu les fondamentaux et les incontournables pour délivrer un service digne d un 4 étoiles. Petite formation sur des personnes volontaires mais peu qualifiées ferait parfaitement l affaire. Merci pour ce séjour. On reviendra sûrement

If you like swimming in the sea, this hotel is for you! It is located directly at the beach, just walk out and swim. People are very friendly. Breakfast is tasty and you have a lot of choices. You can walk to Douarnenez. And you can find many nice places to eat in walking distance.
