I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was amazing. I especially loved the way receptionists Kawter and Yassmin treated me, as well as the quality, cleanliness, and courtesy. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was comfortable, good size, clean. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Good food selections. Unfortunately hotel advertises a roof top lounging area and I made my decision based on that - it was closed for construction so that is unacceptable to advertise something that can't be delivered.

excellent location and helpful staff. The reception staff Yassine helped us in printing the boarding pass; and the staff when we check out help us indicate a reasonable taxi price to train station, this successfully helped us to avoid a scam.
