"Cute vintage style room. The room was pretty large and comfortable. The Bed was very comfortable. The record player was a fun addition. The bathroom had fun colorful tiles. Parking in a paid lot across the street. The staff members were very helpful with suggestions/recommendations where to buy flowers, fruits, where to find coffee and breakfast. The only thing missing from the room was a closet and hangers. There was brewed coffee in the office for free in the morning. Great time to chat with staff."

"The Oakhurst Inn is a beautiful, immaculate hotel right in the heart of Charlottesville. The Inn is comprised of a few different buildings, each with a handful of different units. We were greeted warmly at the front desk and told we had been upgraded to a larger, more centrally located room. Our room was very spacious, with a giant bathroom and trendy but cute decor. We did not have time to visit the outdoor pool, but were told it was open 24 hours! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Charlottesville. Very reasonable pricing considering the high quality experience!"

"Nice property up to Marriott standards. Nice clean room, attentive staff, good breakfast. Minor problems with TV remote missing then internet connection issue, room needed toilet paper. Staff helped to remedy."

"This place is the definition of charm! We felt like we were in an old movie based in the 1700 / 1800s. The staff were very cool and accommodating as well! We walked to and from the Inn to the nearby Pippin Hill Winery next door a couple times which was convenient, and a very pretty walk ( about 15 minutes or so to the winery building ) the breakfast in the morning was so good, especially one morning when Gracie and the team made fresh French toast with homemade whip cream, thick cut bacon, eggs made to order, fresh fruit, and the coffee was superb. The surrounding beauty of the property, the gardens, and the inn itself were so charming and stunning. Go see and feed the chickens too! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
