"Great location, right on the beautiful beach, good places to walk. The sea view rooms are smaller than the others, we were told, so you may like to choose a non-sea view if you prefer a larger bed than double size. Rooms are well designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning unit in our room periodically made grinding sounds — seemed only when adjusting to new set temperature— and did not happen while sleeping at night. "Appears clean. Feels a little under serviced even for a Travelodge. No amenities to speak of, no hair dryer in room. Bare minimum and small, thin towels. Cigarette smoke smell seems to come through the bathroom vent. Toilet barely flushes. I wouldn't stay again but Swords is a neat town. Price was way too high for what is offered, even for a tourist season Saturday night. Lesson learned."

"Great place to stay and wonderful central location to explore Navan town. Food staff and overall experience is top notch. This was our third visit to the Newgrange Hotel. Only word of caution is be careful in the underground car park. It is very narrow to navigate and not really suited to larger vehicles."

"Enjoyed our stay , staff nice and friendly, food good. Room very warm could do with air conditioning. Fridge in the room did not work so the cold drinks we had got warm . Blinds on window very old and not very clean one had blood stains on it and window sill outside had old chewing gum stuck on it . Having said that would stay there again"
