"I arrived for check-in around 6:30 p.m. on Friday March 6. There was no one at the front desk so I waited a couple minutes. I rang the bell and still nothing. The maintenance man walked by and called someone on his walkie talkie and told me someone would help me soon. I waited a few more minutes and still nothing. I rang the bell many times and finally a young man came up from behind the door in the front desk area. He looked half asleep. Overall I waited about ten to twelve minutes before anyone helped me check in. Later when I went back downstairs I noticed another customer had the same problem with waiting to check in. I believe that young man was either sleeping or distracted with something else in the back room. Poor customer service."
