I had my sister and brother in law with me and my elderly sister couldn't get into the pool. No steps to get into or get out of the pool,only ladder. Staff and room friendly and nice.

Where do I start? My other review was asked to be removed. So I said I would have it removed even though the review was all true and I want other travellers to be aware. What I’m noticing is that the reviews are screwed to make the place look better than what it is. Our room was nice and clean except for the carpet. Otherwise the spa, breakfast & restaurant all sucked. After staying for 3 days due to the flood in Hue we opted for a homestay for a 1/3 of the price & way less creepy! The 4th & 5th floors are run down & smell of mold & mildew. Careful folks appearances can be deceiving! Don’t go to the spa!!!

Pool was not functioning. Hotel adverises they have a spa when complaint was made they said that they don’t run the spa. It was a serious complaint and now after having another massage elsewhere for $120,000 dong compared to the $600,000 I was charged makes me even more dissatisfied with this hotel. Check out the spa, the pool, the 4th, 5th & 15th floor before staying here. The reviews for this place are not accurate or else people are completely fooled by it’s appearance which is deceptive!

I feel like we are in The Shining at this hotel. The hotel seemed nice when we checked in as we had just got off the train that was going to Hue. However due to the flooding the train stopped at Dong Ha. We had already been on the train for 12 hours and were desperate to get off. We were thankful for a shower and bed to sleep in. The room was clean and comfortable. We were hungry and went to the restaurant. I had grilled chicken which was dried out. In the morning we went to breakfast which was subpar. We then went to check out the pool & tennis court. Most of the lights were off and the 5th floor had flooding with a soaked carpet. The smell and of mildew and mold was nauseating. Later I went for the 90 minute VIP massage. I was sadly disappointed. The girl spoke no English and the guy at the front desk charged me incorrectly and came into the massage room while I was naked on the table asking for money back cause he gave me the wrong change. I told him I would pay after the massage. The girl didn’t know how to give a massage. She wanted to bathe me which I had asked for a 90 minute massage. She relieved none of my sore, achy muscles and only massaged for 75 minutes. She also had her phone going off and had it with her while giving the massage. She also had long hair and kept having to flip it back. The massage room also smelled terrible and was incredibly dirty. The chair was grossly stained & the side table dirty with burn marks from cigarettes. Towels were hard & crusty😳

Nice Hotel in small city

Enjoyed my second weekend stay here. Breakfast included with room was decent. The room was in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The staff, although few due to Covid-19, was professional and courteous.

Overall an OK hotel. Rooms were semi-modern, and mostly clean. The whole place seems a bit worn down, even though it's pretty new. The breakfast is mostly asian, but some western stuff as well. Wouldn't recommend staying here for more than a night as a tourist, as there is nothing to do in the ciry, and the hotel isn't really a place you stay all day.

Very nice hotel

I stayed here one night as I passed thru town and was pleasantly suprised. Staff is incredibly polite and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Very happy with my stay.

4つ星ホテル、かつ1泊の値段を考えるとコスパも質もイマイチでした。 チェックインの際に誤ってまだ清掃が完了していない部屋に通されましたが、こういったミスは仕方ないと思います。チェックアウト時にも謝罪がありました。 気になったのは設備面です。オールデイダイニングと記載のあるレストランは営業していないに等しく、ホテル案内に書いてある上層階のバーはもぬけの殻状態。ゴーストホテルにいる様でした。代わりにロビー階のカフェに行くと、メニューにあるのにカクテルは全てないと言われました。 朝食も種類が少なく、味も4つ星とは思えないクオリティーでした。 田舎街なので何もないだろうと、ホテルでゆっくりする為に他ではなくこのホテルを選びましたが、このレベルなら半額以下で泊まれる近隣の2つ星ホテル等でも十分だったろうと思います。ホーチミン等の1つ星ホテルの方がまだコスパも質も良いと思います。ムダな出費をしてしまったと後悔です。
